Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Condition of Products
To be eligible for a Return, Refund or Exchange, your item must be unused, not open and is in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe
Our Return/Exchange policy is valid for 7 days from when your purchase was delivered.

Any Return/Exchange request after the 7 days timeframe will not be entertained.

* Take note that the exchange is subjected to stock availability.

Return, Refund or Exchange Process
In order to obtain a refund or exchange successfully from Ausstore, please follow the steps below accordingly:

Step 1: Submit a request for Return or Exchange via Whatsapp : 97911688 or Email : sales@ausstore.com.sg, within 7 days from when your order was delivered. Send all the required details, such as order number, pictures of unopened items and reason for exchange.

Step 2: You will be notified as soon as possible if your request for Return/ Refund / Exchange is approved. Then, you are required to send the returning and/or exchanging item(s) to either our warehouse, within 7 days from when your request for Return / Refund/ Exchange is approved.

Step 3: Once your returned and/or exchanged item(s) is received, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

Alternatively, you can request to make the Return / Exchange with our supporting courier service but there will be a delivery charge based on parcel’s weight. Please contact us for more details on how to proceed forward with this option.
